Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for any undamaged and un-scratched glasses within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs via a traceable courier to our Charsadda office. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Prescription Lens Policy
Please note that customized eyesight lenses are non-refundable if the prescription you provided is correct. In such cases, only the frame amount will be eligible for a refund. However, if we make an error with your prescription, we will provide a 100% full refund or a free replacement.
